Knead the dough to exhaust air

Rubbing into long strips

Cut small sections into an oval

Poke a small hole with a toothpick
5.
Let the steamer soak for 20 minutes

Boil the water and steam for 15 minutes
7.
Steam the chocolate powder and apply a layer on it.

Potato buns complete
Tips:
Poke the small hole a bit deeper with the toothpick to make it look better when steamed.
