Immortal Grass Sago Dew (with The Easiest Sago Recipe)

First cook the fairy grass. Add 1000ml of water to the pot and boil.

Mix 50g of black jelly with 200ml of water and stir to form a liquid without particles. The immortal grass will be smooth without particles.

Pour the celestial grass liquid into boiling water that is boiled on a high fire, and keep stirring for about 2 minutes until it is completely boiled and then turn off the heat.

Pour into a clean dish and set aside until solidified.

The solidified grass is cut into pieces and mixed with sugar for later use. The amount of sugar is adjusted according to your own taste.

Boil sago, add 150g of sago to a boil with 1700ml of water, stir for about 1 minute, turn to medium-low heat, cover and cook for 12 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
