3.
After the material is soaked thoroughly, pour the water away from the soaking material. Renew fresh water
4.
Because I don’t like to add sugar, I like natural sweetness, so I add another fresh Sydney pear and cut it into cubes.
5.
Use a casserole (or other pots are fine), fill it with water, and pour the ingredients in
6.
Pour in Sydney too
7.
After boiling, turn to low heat and cook for about 1 hour.
8.
Because my pot is relatively small, I didn’t cover all the lids after boiling, leaving a little opening to prevent it from rolling out
9.
It's been boiled for an hour, and it's finally done. A bowl of natural ingredients is finally cooked
10.
The dried Sydney pears are cooked as fresh as they are
Tips:
Because I don't like adding sugar and prefer natural sweetness, I add another fresh Sydney pear and cut it into cubes. Children also like to drink this sugar water very much. Although no sugar is added, it tastes clear and sweet with a Sydney pear. It is a very refreshing dessert in summer.
