Prepare the list of ingredients: dried Sydney, bamboo, grass root, fig, candied date, kudzu root, sea coconut

Soak all the ingredients in clean water for 30 minutes.

After the material is soaked thoroughly, pour the water away from the soaking material. Replace with fresh water.

Because I don't like adding sugar and prefer natural sweetness, I add another fresh Sydney pear and cut it into cubes.
