Improved Fried Noodles

Cut the pork belly into small cubes, the smaller the better, the shiitake mushrooms into small cubes, and the garlic into mince.

Heat up the pan and add oil, add the minced garlic and stir fry for a nice aroma.

Put the fat in and fry it first.

Pour in the lean meat and stir fry.

Then add the diced mushrooms, pour in the appropriate amount of cooking wine, sweet noodle sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce and stir-fry.

Add an appropriate amount of water and stir well, reduce the heat to a low heat and boil slowly.

In a separate pot, boil water, add an appropriate amount of salt, and top the noodles. After boiling, remove.

Shred cucumber and carrot on the noodles.
9.
Finally, pour the boiled meat sauce on the noodles and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
