Improved Love Eggs

Taiwan sausage (Taiwan sausage, pork, bright color), wipe dry with kitchen paper.

Prepare two eggs, and prepare two toothpicks to assist.

Leave about 1cm away from one end of the sausage and don't cut it, and cut it from the middle at the back.

Then peel off the sausage skin.

Pull the sausage as shown in the reverse direction.

Buckle together, fix it with toothpicks, perfect a kind heart! Haha

Knock the eggs into the bowl.

The sausages are placed in a preheated pan.

Use a spoon to scoop a little egg white.

Drizzle on the inner bottom edge of the sausage.

Since the pan is hot, the egg whites will solidify quickly, sealing all the gaps under the sausage.

Pour in the remaining egg whites and egg yolks. Be careful not to break the egg yolk.

Sprinkle a little salt and continue to fry.

Pour 30ml of water, close the lid, and steam the eggs until cooked.

Bake the toast in the toaster.

Put a slice of cheese on the toast.

Open the lid, how beautiful!

Shovel up gently with a spatula.

Move to the toast.

Pull out the fixed toothpick.

Tips:
Steps 10 and 11 are added because the bottom of the pot is very hot, which will quickly solidify the egg whites and seal the gaps. The purpose is to prevent the egg liquid poured in step 12 from flowing out. This is my original design. Don't tell, haha 😄
