Incense Pot Trotter

First go to the supermarket to buy the ingredients used to make the trotter. I bought potatoes, broccoli, lotus root, mushrooms, sweet potatoes, taro and trotter. For simplicity and convenience, I also bought a package of spicy space trotter base.

Wash vegetables, cut potatoes and sweet potatoes into strips, slice lotus roots, wash and cut shiitake mushrooms in half. When buying pig trotter at the vegetable market, it is best to let the boss slaughter the pig trotter in small pieces. I personally think that the small pieces are more tasty and convenient to chew.

After washing and cutting, put the pig's feet and mushrooms that are not easy to cook, and add the spicy pot bottom material to the pressure cooker for 20 minutes, so that the pig's feet are soft and waxy.

Take advantage of this time, put the prepared other vegetables in the pot, boil in clean water until 8 is ripe, then remove and set aside

When the pressure cooker time is up, put the meat and vegetables in the pressure cooker into the wok and mix them evenly with 8 mature vegetables, then stir fry for a while

When the vegetables in the pot have completely absorbed the oil of the trotters and the flavor of the fragrant pot bottom, they can be out of the pot, sprinkle some coriander and green onion
Tips:
1. The flavor of the fragrant pot bottom in the spicy space is quite full, so there is no need to put other condiments
2. The trotters can be fried properly, it will be more fragrant
3. If the salt taste is weak, people don’t need to add salt.
