Indian Coconut Chicken Soup
1.
Today I used this Indian coconut, which was hulled when I bought it.
2.
Cut off part of the skin, full of coconut fat.
3.
Cut it in half and see the white and yellow ones. These are actually made of coconut oil. When you buy it, you can smell it. It will have a strong coconut flavor. If it deteriorates, it will rot or grow mold. And this kind of coconut has no coconut milk.
4.
Peel the coconut and cut into pieces. It is said that Indian coconut skin is also edible, but it is better to peel it for soup.
5.
Red dates are pitted.
6.
Wash the chicken and ribs with flying water.
7.
Put chicken, ribs, coconut pieces, red dates, and goji berries in a saucepan.
8.
Add the right amount of water. How much depends on individual needs.
9.
Add vinegar.
10.
Start the stew mode.
11.
When the program is over, add salt to taste.
