Indian Style Shrimp

Add chili powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice and salted shrimp to 3/4 teaspoon of green chili and ginger paste, about 10 minutes. [If you like crispy foods, you can boil the shrimps in boiling water and drain them. 】

Heat the oil, add garlic, shallots or onions, fenugreek and curry leaves and sauté until fragrant, about 7-8 minutes.

Add the cooked shrimp, coriander and 1/4 teaspoon paprika, cumin powder, and masala powder, and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add the shredded coconut and stir fry for 3 minutes. Finally, add some salt and stir-fry for a few times.
Tips:
This dish can be eaten hot or simply stir-fried with rice. It is a good rice companion~
