Indonesian Mixed Vegetables

Prepare to add more sauce: 1, buy ready-made sauce bricks and dilute with water. 2. Make a simple version: 2 tablespoons of coarse peanut butter + 1 teaspoon of hoisin sauce + cooked garlic paste + cooked chili paste + appropriate amount of cold water. 3. Boil water spinach and mung bean sprouts in boiling water, and use cold water to control the moisture. Wash tomatoes and cucumbers and cut them into strips, deep-fried tofu and cut corners, and cut cooked eggs in half. Bean slices are unique ingredients in Indonesia (can be replaced by shrimp slices) and fried before eating.
