Instant Noodles in Tomato Soup

Prepare tomatoes and green onions. First use a knife to make four cuts on the upper and lower surfaces of the tomatoes, and scald them with boiling water for one minute, you can easily peel them, and get a better taste~ If it’s troublesome, you don’t need to peel them.

Turn on the fire, pour some vegetable oil into the pot

After the oil is heated, add chopped green onion and stir fry until fragrant, then add tomatoes and stir-fry until soft and juicy

Put water in the pot and boil (I changed to a small electric pot to cook the noodles and eat directly haha)

Open the instant noodles and pour into the boiling soup, add the seasoning packet

Cook for about four minutes

Add the cut sausage and spicy peanuts, you can use an egg cooker to make an egg and cut it, and you're done!
Tips:
1. The tomatoes must be stir-fried until soft to make the soup thicker
2. You can add other vegetables and meat dishes at will
