Modern urban white-collar workers are busy with work, and almost all of them order takeaway for three meals a day. But takeaway is not healthy after all, and occasionally you have to change the taste, so it’s best to do it yourself. It only takes 5 minutes to make a meal for one person. It's simple and fast, and it's really convenient. So what I cooked today is fried rice with sausages and eggs. Of course, the ingredients can be changed as you like, and you can make better use of the leftover rice without causing waste.

Intestines and Egg Fried Rice

1. Prepare the ingredients you need, beat the eggs, slice the chicken sausages, cut the chives into small pieces, and chop garlic for later use.

2. Heat the pot and pour peanut oil.

3. Then add garlic and sauté until fragrant, add chicken sausages and stir fry.

4. Then add rice and stir fry over high heat.

5. After the rice is fried, add the egg and continue to stir-fry evenly.

6. Finally add soy sauce to taste, then sprinkle with chopped green onion and stir-fry evenly.

7. The delicious fried rice with intestines and eggs is ready.
