Inulin Bowl Cake

1. The fetal chrysanthemum is soaked in boiling water in advance, and the grapes are dry cleaned for later use

2. Bring sugar and 100ML water to a boil

3. Add 100ML water to the powder and mix well

4. Pour the sugar water into a bowl of flour while it's hot

5. Stir quickly until there are no particles and filter again

6. Put a little baby chrysanthemum and raisins on the bottom of the mold

7. Pour 8 parts full of flour and water

8. Put it in a boiling steamer for about 15 minutes

Tips:

1. Bring the sugar to a boil in advance, melt it and add it while it is hot and stir so that the bottom powder is not easy to settle when steaming
2. I use non-stick molds. If you use other molds, apply some oil in advance to prevent sticking
3. Tapioca powder Q bomb, clear powder increases transparency, inulin clears away heat, detoxifies and lowers blood pressure
