Invisible Apple Cake

Melt the butter in insulated water and set aside.

Add sugar to the eggs and stir well.
3.
Pour the butter and stir well.
4.
Pour the milk and stir well.
5.
Sift in low powder and salt.

Stir until there are no particles.

Peel and core the apple and cut into thin slices.
8.
Pour apple slices and dried cranberries into the batter and stir well.
9.
Cover the mold with greased paper.
10.
Pour the mixed apple cake batter into the mold.

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and bake for 50 minutes.

After baking, put it on the grill to cool down.
13.
Just cut into pieces when eating.

Fragrant and delicious.
Tips:
I use a seven-inch mold, which is too big for the invisible apple cake. I suggest you use a four-inch mold so that the cutting level will be clearer.
