Iron Squid

Remove the internal organs and membrane of the squid, and cut into thin filaments to control the moisture

Fry it in a frying pan until it is slightly yellow, remove, green onion, ginger, and onion shredded

Leave the oil at the bottom of the pot and heat it for 50%, add dried chili and fry until fragrant, add green onion and ginger and stir fry

Add onion, shredded squid, cook with salt, light soy sauce and stir-fry well

Put it on a hot iron plate and serve
