Isinglass Egg Enema

1. Wash the intestines.

2. Pour the fish paste, egg, wood powder, salt, chicken essence, pepper, and sesame oil into a basin and stir well.

3. First tie one end of the vermicelli with a small string.

4. Use a funnel to pour in the mixed egg mixture.

5. Tie the other end as well.

6. To boil the enema in water, cook it on a low fire.

7. After cooking, put it in the refrigerator and freeze for 20 minutes, then take it out. You can cut it for soup, stir fry, stew, or make cold dishes.
