Braised Pork Intestines with Pea
1.
Wash the peas and set aside, and cut the garlic and ginger slices.
2.
Come to a big project to backwash pig fungus. The old man told me that the pig-meal intestines don't need to be washed in reverse. I don't think I can rest assured that I will rinse it in the tap and then reverse it.
3.
After the pig intestines are reversed, add starch and rub and rinse repeatedly. I repeated this step several times.
4.
After cleaning, put it in a pot, add water and boil to remove the fishy smell.
5.
Wash the intestines that have been in boiling water with cold water, cut them into long sections, and use chopsticks to cut the intestines anyway. (You don’t need to do this step, I’m just for the sake of beauty)
6.
Cut the pork intestine into small sections for later use.
7.
Add ginger slices, garlic granules, salt, sugar, pepper, soy sauce, and oil and stir. Add water until the pig intestines are over, boil on high heat, and change to low heat.
8.
After simmering for 10 minutes, add peas, change to low medium heat and continue to simmer. It takes about 30 minutes to simmer.
9.
After simmering for about 30 minutes, add chopped green onion over high heat to collect the juice. You can have a meal!
