It is another classic Chaoshan delicacy, pig vermicelli intestines, which is called "good powder" by locals. In other places, animal offal is generally not eaten, but in the all-encompassing Chaoshan, this is a popular item on the morning market. Pig meal intestine is a part of the transverse colon. It is used to absorb nutrients. It is a section of small intestine connecting the small intestine and large intestine. It is thicker than other small intestines. It tastes more crispy than other small intestines and contains more nutrients. Pair it with appetizing, crispy sauerkraut and some pepper. It's not too delicious.

Tips:

The cooking time of pork intestines depends on personal preference. Some people like to eat soft and rotten, and the time can be a little longer. Some people like to eat crispy, and the time can be shortened slightly. Don’t ask me how to judge, you can use chopsticks to pick it up. Eat a short bite. That's how I got fat. Who made my family have two babies who like to eat softer?
