Sauerkraut Soup

Prepare ingredients

Pour salt into the pig-meal intestines, pinch it with your hands for a few minutes, and rinse with water.

Cut sauerkraut into small pieces.

Boil the pig-meal intestines over high heat until they float, remove the foam with a large spoon, and cut the pig-meal intestines into small sections with kitchen scissors.

Put the pork intestines into the pot and cook until they are cooked thoroughly, then add the sauerkraut, continue to cook for 3 minutes and then turn off the heat.

Add pepper and remove from the pot. Remember, drink while it's hot!
Tips:
The cooking time of pork intestines depends on personal preference. Some people like to eat soft and rotten, and the time can be a little longer.
