Put beef tallow in the wok, add sliced tofu after moistening the pan, and fry until golden on both sides.

Take the casserole, first moisten the pot with beef tallow, then add the beef slices, and fry until fragrant.

After the beef starts to change color, add the sauce half-done to the beef and bring to a boil.

Add the chopped cabbage, cook a tablespoon of sake along the side of the pot, cover and simmer for 1 minute.

Place the tofu, green onions, and mushrooms on the cabbage, and pour an appropriate amount of water.

Cover and cook for 5 minutes before serving.

According to Japanese custom, sukiyaki is eaten with raw egg liquid, firstly to cool down, and secondly to make the beef taste smoother.
