Italian Beef Meatball Noodles
1.
Put the noodles in a pot of boiling water. After 5 minutes, add a little salt and a teaspoon of olive oil to make the noodles more refreshing.
2.
Mince the beef, season with a little salt and olive oil, and squeeze it into balls. Be careful to squeeze it tightly, otherwise the balls will easily fall apart after being fried.
3.
Pour in olive oil, wait for the oil to boil, and place the balls. Fry over medium heat until the balls change color. After about 5 minutes, the balls will be ready to cook.
4.
Pour the remaining oil in the pot into the minced beef left over from the meatballs. When the beef is discolored, add the chopped tomatoes. After the pot is boiling, pour in the pasta sauce.
5.
The time is just right, when the noodles are cooked, pick up the pot, copy it with mountain spring water, drain it, add olive oil and mix well.
6.
The pasta is served on a plate, the sauce is poured directly on the noodles, the fried meatballs are placed on the plate, and the fragrant Italian beef meatball noodles are ready!
