Italian Breadsticks

Mix high powder, yeast, and water.

Stir for a while and then add salt, mix well and add olive oil. Knead to the expansion stage.

After the dough is rounded, squeeze a little, cover with plastic wrap and chill and relax for 20 to 30 minutes.

Take out the dough and roll it into a 0.5 cm thick piece.

Cut into such strips and spray water on the surface.

Take one out and roll it into thin strips.

You can dip it in sesame seeds or cheese powder, twist it into a twist shape and place it on the baking tray. Dip both sides of the noodles on the baking tray to avoid shrinking. Spray water again, cover with plastic wrap, and ferment for 40 minutes.

In the middle of the oven, heat up to 180 degrees and lower to 170 degrees, and bake for 15 to 18 minutes.
Tips:
1. The thickness of the breadsticks is different, and the baking time is also different, so you have to master it yourself.
2. Try to keep the thickness of the bread sticks as long as possible, otherwise some will be battered and some will not be cooked.
