Italian Chicken and Orange Salad

Put the celery on the chopping board and scrape it into thin slices with a leather knife

Soak the celery slices in cold water for 20 minutes and then it will become curled. It tastes very crisp

Peel an orange, peel it and take the meat, cut into small pieces

The chicken breast is cooked, put some salt in the water

Tear the cooked chicken into shredded meat

Wash the fresh vegetables and drain the water. This time I used arugula, mini cucumber and celery for the salad.

Chopped onion and set aside

Chopped onion, olive oil, Italian white wine vinegar, salt, chopped black pepper, and squeezed orange juice are mixed and stirred to make a sauce

Mix chicken shreds, orange cubes, and vegetables, mix well, put on a plate, pour some sauce, sprinkle with walnuts, and enjoy
