Italian Salami Pizza

Prepare the ingredients and code them.

Use warm water to dissolve the dry yeast, mix it with flour, olive oil, and salt, mix well, and form a dough, seal it with plastic wrap, and place it in a warm place.

Shred the onion and bell pepper, and slice the white mushrooms.

Small half of onion, garlic cloves, and tomato, cut into pieces.

Heat olive oil over medium heat, add chopped onion and garlic, stir fry until fragrant, add chopped basil and diced tomatoes, stir-fry, pour in red wine and tomato sauce and stir-fry well. Finally, add salt, sugar and black pepper, and cook until slightly thickened into pizza sauce.

When the dough is doubled in size, take it out and roll it into a cake. The thin edge in the middle is slightly thicker. After brushing olive oil on the baking tray, spread the dough and spread the pizza sauce evenly.

Spread a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese, shredded onion, shredded bell pepper, sliced white mushroom, shredded cheese, and sliced salami on the pizza sauce. Spread another layer of shredded cheese on the top according to the taste.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, put in the pizza, and bake for about 15 minutes. My oven does not work, and it bake for about 18 minutes.

Tips:
If you can’t buy sausages, you can substitute bacon. You can add black olives to the vegetables according to your taste.
