Jack-o-lantern Sushi

Rice, sushi vinegar, fish roe, white sesame seeds.

Mix the rice with sushi vinegar, fish roe and white sesame seeds, mix well.

Take two pieces of seaweed and divide them into five. The seaweed on the left and right sides is one for the base, one for the mouth, and the middle three are for cucumber strips.

After cutting the cucumber in half, take half of the cucumber and divide it into thirds.

Wrap the sliced cucumber strips into the seaweed.

Take a little rice, flatten it, and divide it into five portions.

Fold the seaweed used as the "mouth" in half from the middle, then place two rice strips underneath and three rice strips on top to make the shape of the mouth.

Take a little rice and place it on the seaweed on the bottom.

Put (7) on top of (8).
10.
Hold the sushi, put some rice on the top of the sushi, and squeeze it.
11.
After cutting the finished sushi, decorate it with cucumber strips.
Tips:
1. The knife must be moistened when cutting.
2. It looks a little troublesome, but it is not difficult to say, as long as every step is done in place, it can be done.
