Jade Dumplings

Mix half a bag of noodles with boiling water.

After making up, close the lid and let it cool for later use.

Cut tomatoes (peeled), scrambled eggs, fungus, cucumbers, shrimps, and leeks into small cubes for later use

Put the seasoning in and stir evenly for later use.

Evenly cut the noodles into small squeezes, roll them into dumpling wrappers and put them in the fillings.

Make the dumplings. The noodles are not elastic. Be careful not to pack too much stuffing.
7.
Steam in a pot under cold water and heat, and then continue to steam for 5 minutes after the steam comes out of the pot.
