Wash the spinach by hand and break a short section into the juicer. Add a small bowl of boiled water and squeeze it for 1 minute.

I squeezed more spinach juice. I only used half of the flour, which is twice as much as spinach juice.

Boil the water and stir the noodles with chopsticks to prevent the sticking of the noodles from floating up. Reduce the heat for 2 minutes and remove the cold water to fill a bowl.

Cut the green onion, chili, and dice the meat into dice with less oil. Heat up the green onion and chili.

Cut some shredded cucumber and mix it with it.
Tips:
To make noodles, you need to dry some less vegetable juice
