Jade Shrimp

Wash the shrimp meat and let it dry.

Marinate the shrimp with all the spices.
3.
Wash the cucumber and cut into slices.

Use a tool to remove the core of the cucumber. The size is smaller than that of the shrimp. If it is larger, the shrimp will easily come out of the cucumber slices during frying.

Shrimp passes through the cucumber (pictured).
6.
Add oil to the pot, remove the green onion and ginger after the pot is fried.
7.
Put the prepared cucumber and shrimp into the pan with oil, stir-fry slightly, add salt and pepper to taste, and pour starch to thicken the thick gorgon.
