Jade Shrimp

1. Wash the cucumber, peel and cut into cubes.

2. Wash the shrimps, add a little cooking wine and salt, and marinate for 15 minutes.

3. Pour oil in the pan and stir-fry the shrimps.

4. Until the shrimp changes color.

5. Pour the cucumbers.

6. Add a pinch of salt and stir fry.

7. Take out the pan and serve.

Tips:

Put the cucumber into the stir fry for a while after the shrimp changes color
