Jade Tofu Soup

Cut the ham into minced pieces.

Chop the cabbage.
3.
Cut the tofu into small cubes and blanch it with boiling water to remove.
4.
Pour oil in the pot to heat, add the chopped green onions to the pot.
5.
Pour in the chopped cabbage and stir-fry.
6.
Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
7.
Season with salt and chicken essence.
8.
Thicken starch with water.
9.
When the soup is thick, sprinkle in the ground ham.
