The radish ball soup is ready, and I watched... the radish was boiled in water until it was transparent, and it became more like emerald green; shrimp and pork balls, without any color, the balls looked like white jade and snow white. So I got a good name for Jade White Jade Soup!

Jade White Jade Soup

1. Ingredients

2. Shrimp peeled and shrimp line

3. Shrimp and pork are minced separately

4. Salted chicken bouillon, pepper, onion

5. Add an egg and stir well

6. Spoon a small spoon into a pot of boiling water, cook on low heat and remove it for later use

7. Add shredded radish in the original soup and season the soup

8. Dumping the meatballs
