Jade White Jade Soup

Prepare materials. Wash the vegetables and cut into thin strips.
Add water to the soup pot and bring to a boil. Put Japanese tofu in a strainer and squeeze it into the pot until it becomes a fine powder.

Thicken the starch with water and stir evenly to form a thick and transparent soup.

Pour shredded green cabbage

Stir well.

Season, add sesame oil and mix well.
Tips:
Japanese tofu can be replaced with lactone tofu and soft tofu.
