Jam Candied Pumpkin Paste

Wash the old pumpkin, peel and cut into thin slices.

Put it in a bowl suitable for microwave oven, add a little water, and put it in the microwave oven for 5 minutes. (If you don’t have a microwave oven, it can be steamed for 15 minutes in separate water.

Add a spoonful of applesauce (I used organic applesauce from Teacher Liang Zigeng. There is no jam to add sugar or condensed milk or milk)

Tips:
