Jam Cookies

Butter, only this small piece is left, it is estimated to be about 15 grams, and it is softened at room temperature.

Add sugar and butter together, maybe because the outside temperature is too high, it will melt quickly, it can't be feathered like in winter.

Just add vegetable oil and mix well.

Add half of the whole egg liquid, and mix well again.

Sift in low powder.

Stir into a moist dough.

Roll into small balls of even size and place them on thinly greased tin foil.

Dip a spherical mold with water and press a concave shape on the dough ball. Dip it with water every time you press one.

Put an appropriate amount of jam in the groove, the type of jam is up to your liking.

Bake the middle layer in the oven at 180 degrees and turn off the heat for 20 minutes.

1. The baked product is moderately sweet. It is recommended to use the original formula flour.
