Jam Sandwich Muffins

Prepare the ingredients and separate the eggs.

Add a few drops of lemon juice to the egg whites.

Dispense until wet foaming, a little bit dry.

The egg yolk, sunflower oil and sugar are mixed and emulsified evenly.
