I published the work of jam-filled shortbread. Some people say that this is Dorayaki. I have also made Dorayaki. In fact, it is similar to Dorayaki. It tastes quite good.

Jam Sandwich Shortbread

1. Prepare ingredients

2. Low-gluten flour, milk, egg yolk, salt, white sugar and stir well

3. Add white sugar to the egg whites three times and beat until neutral foaming

4. Stir one-third of the egg whites into the batter and mix evenly from top to bottom

5. Stir the rest into the batter and mix evenly

6. Add a little oil to the pan and fry the muffins on a low fire. The batter will expand slowly and there will be small holes on the surface. Fry it while turning

7. Finally, put on the jam and stack the two pieces together.

Tips:

1. Choose your favorite flavor for jam;
2. If you like to eat sweets, add 10 grams more white sugar.
