Japanese Beef Beef Rice

Thaw the beef slices for hot pot and set aside, shred the onions, pick the florets of broccoli, and slice the carrots for later use.

As shown in the picture: shred the onion and slice the carrot.

Broccoli and carrots are blanched and cooked. Remember to put a little oil and salt in the water.

Mix oil, sugar, salt, raw, cooking wine, and Japanese soy sauce evenly into a sauce.

Put oil in the pan to heat up, add the shredded onion and fry until it is soft and fragrant, then add the beef slices.

Put in beef slices. Pour in the adjusted sauce and cook the onion and beef slices.

Cooked and ready to be out of the pot.

Serve the rice, pour the boiled beef onion with the soup, and serve with broccoli and carrots.
Tips:
1. If you are not sure about the taste of the sauce, you can taste it after you adjust it.
2. If you like more soup, add some water to the sauce.
