Japanese Chicken Skewers

Cut the chicken and green onion into bite-sized pieces. Blend all seasonings and set aside.

Alternately wear the chicken and shallots (pictured).

Grill the chicken skewers. I use a grill pan that Japanese people use to grill fish, but you can also use a pan instead.

Pour the sauce into a saucepan and heat it up. Until the sauce thickens,

Put the grilled chicken skewers in, so that the surface is evenly covered with the sauce.
