Japanese Curry Potato Pork

1. Prepare potatoes, peeled pork belly and Japanese gold curry.

2. Cut the peeled pork belly into pieces.

3. Cut the potatoes into pieces, not too big.

4. Put oil in the pot and heat it up.

5. Add the cut potatoes and pork belly.

6. Stir fry makes the pork belly change color.

7. Add an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil.

8. Remove any dirt that is floating on it, cover and cook for 15 minutes.
