Japanese Fukubukuro Hot Pot

Let’s make the tofu bag first. Press the oily tofu with a rolling pin, put it in boiling water, blanch it to remove the oil, squeeze out the water, cut off one side, put a rice cake made of glutinous rice in the middle, and fasten the mouth with hot coriander stalks or rope.

When all kinds of vegetables are cut and washed, put the cabbage core in the casserole first.

Add water to boil, turn to medium-low heat and cook for about 15 minutes after the water is boiled. Finally, add the hot pot beef slices and cook for a while, then turn off the heat and serve with the sesame sauce dipping sauce (see the ingredients section) and start eating.
