Japanese Pumpkin Cauliflower

Ingredients: Japanese pumpkin.

Cauliflower (cleaned).

Remove the seeds and wash the Japanese pumpkin.

Put it on the chopping board and cut it.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the cauliflower and the cut Japanese pumpkin and stir fry.

Next, add some water to a boil and cook until it is cut and cooked and tender.

Then, add some salt, chicken essence, and sugar.

Stir-fry well and serve.
