Japanese Salad Potato Pancakes

Prepare materials.

Wash the potatoes, cut in half, and steam until soft.

The sausages are steamed on the pot.

Dice the onion.

Heat oil in a pan, add the diced onion and stir fry until soft.

Dice the sausage.

The steamed potatoes are peeled and pressed into a puree.

Add sausage and onion diced.

Stir well.

Add a pack of Japanese salad dressing.

Mix well again.

Sprinkle in black pepper.
13.
Put on disposable gloves to form a round cake.

Add oil to the hot pan and fry the potato cakes. One side for 1 minute, until the skin is golden.
