Japanese Scallion Skewers

Cut scallions into sections

Mix Japanese soy sauce, rice wine, mirin, salt, sugar, and ginger powder in a pot. Heat it to a boil over medium and low heat. Turn off the heat when the juice is 1/2.

Cut the pork plum meat into pieces (the pork plum meat will only be tender after roasting), pour 2/3 of the sauce, mix well, and marinate in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.

Soak the skewers in water for a while in advance to prevent the skewers from being burnt.

Skewer the scallions and pork at intervals

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees and bake for 5 minutes. Spread the remaining sauce after taking it out

Put it back and continue to bake for 6 or 7 minutes.
