Japanese Style Barbecued Pork

Prepare the ingredients.

Pour all seasonings except the caster sugar into a bowl and mix well.

After mixing well, add fine sugar to melt, and make a Japanese style sauce for later use.

Wash the pork belly, soak up the moisture, and fry in a hot pot over medium and low heat.

After each side is fried until golden brown, pour in the well-tuned Japanese sauce and boil.

Cover the pot and turn to low heat, cook for 10 minutes, then take out the slices.
Tips:
Regarding the cooking skills-when cooking the meat, you can use chopsticks to turn the char siu meat more, so that the cooked meat will be more evenly colored and not easy to scorch.
