Japanese Style Beef

Prepare beef slices. If you are not confident in your own knife skills, you can use shabu-shabu beef rolls instead.

Cook the shredded onion in hot oil, add beef slices and salt.

Add cooking wine, fish soup and soy sauce, simmer for a while, mainly with a spatula, to make the taste even.

Finally, sprinkle chopped green onion and sesame seeds and it's done! When you eat at home, you can boil it in a pot. When you want to eat, you can heat it up and pour it on the rice, with a soft-boiled egg, which is exactly the same as the one sold in Japanese restaurants.

You can use fish soup or chicken soup! ^_^
