Japanese Style Beef Bowl

Take a small piece of fat and put it in a pot to heat it out.

Add onions and fry them to create a fragrant flavor.

Add soy sauce, mirin, sugar, stir fry until soft, add fat beef and stir fry.

Cover and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes on low heat. Cover the rice with raw eggs and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
