Japanese Style Fried Dumplings

Chop the leeks and set aside. Cut the cabbage into a bowl, add salt and marinate for 10 minutes, squeeze the water.

Put the minced pork in a bowl, add salt, sake and egg and stir well, then add a little sugar, light soy sauce and white pepper. When the minced pork is well stirred, pour in the sesame oil and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Add the mixed meat to the cabbage and chives and stir well.

From the frying pan, place the dumplings on the pan and fry for 2-3 minutes. After the bottom is golden brown, add the flour and water, cover and simmer for about 10 minutes.

After the water has completely evaporated, pour in sesame oil and fry for 1-2 minutes, then enjoy.
