Japanese Style Honey Bean Taiyaki

Prepare materials. The butter melts ahead of time.

Stir the eggs, milk, honey and white sugar evenly.

Mix the baking powder, cornstarch and low-flour powder through a sieve.

Mix well with egg custard, then pour in melted butter and stir well.

After standing for half an hour, pour the batter into the piping bag.

Heat the taiyaki mold, low heat, squeeze into the batter for about 6 minutes, sprinkle an appropriate amount of honey beans on the fish body, and then squeeze the batter to fill the mold, cover the mold, and slowly cook on both sides of the low heat.
Tips:
It’s the first time to make taiyaki. If the batter is not good enough, you can leave out the honey beans to prevent too many honey beans. Open the mold halfway through the baking process to observe the color. Look. The time is about one minute, and the color is too light to continue heating. The filling can be replaced with cheese, chocolate chips, etc. according to personal taste.
