The leftovers in the refrigerator are transformed into a gorgeous one, reminding me of the omelet rice I had eaten in Japan before. The sweet and sour and salty flavors in my memory bloom in every taste bud, so I decided to give it a try

Ingredients

Japanese Style Omelet Rice

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Chicken, onion cut into 1cm small pieces, mushrooms into 5mm small pieces, minced garlic, and green peas over water

3. Add a little oil to the pan, add minced onion and stir fry, stir-fry the onion until it turns yellow and color, add the diced chicken, the chicken changes color, add mushrooms, add tomato sauce, stir fry evenly, add mixed vegetables

4. Stir-fry until the soup is almost dry, add rice and stir-fry evenly, set aside

5. Beat two eggs and add a spoonful of milk. Add a little oil to the pot, pour the egg liquid, stir quickly with the chopsticks, turn the pot, spread it into egg skins

6. Add rice, fold in half and wrap

7. Pour the omelet rice into the plate and squeeze it with tomato sauce to decorate
