Japanese Style Radish Tofu

Wash the tofu and slice it. Wash the radish and cut into strips.
In a bowl, mix 1/4 tablespoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar, 2 tablespoons of white sugar, 1 teaspoon of sake, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, and 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce.

Fry the raw sesame seeds over low heat until slightly browned, then turn off the heat. Set up a spare.

Heat a little oil, add the tofu skin and fry until both sides are browned, then set

Cut into strips.

Add water to the pot to boil, add tofu, cook for 1-2 minutes over medium heat, remove, and drain the water. (Excess oil can be removed)

Heat the oil pan, add the radish

Stir-fry the tofu until the radish becomes crispy, about 3 minutes.

Turn to medium heat and pour in the seasoning. After 2 minutes, the radishes will slightly soften. Turn off the heat, sprinkle in white sesame seeds, drizzle with sesame oil and mix well.
Tips:
You can use cooked sesame seeds directly, but they are not as fragrant as freshly fried.
