We usually make radish tofu, most of which are stewed in one pot, which is a bit greasy. Seeing this dish in "Tokyo Kitchen", it was her mother's own dish. While reading the book, I imagined this radish tofu full of "maternal love", and I wanted to try it and sprinkle it with the fragrant flavor. The sesame seeds, tofu and radishes that can't be simple, have also become delicious delicacies that make people's lips and teeth fragrant.

Japanese Style Radish Tofu

1. Wash the tofu and slice it. Wash the radish and cut into strips.

In a bowl, mix 1/4 tablespoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar, 2 tablespoons of white sugar, 1 teaspoon of sake, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, and 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce.

2. Fry the raw sesame seeds over low heat until slightly browned, then turn off the heat. Set up a spare.

3. Heat a little oil, add the tofu skin and fry until both sides are browned, then set

5. Add water to the pot to boil, add tofu, cook for 1-2 minutes over medium heat, remove, and drain the water. (Excess oil can be removed)

6. Heat the oil pan, add the radish

7. Stir-fry the tofu until the radish becomes crispy, about 3 minutes.

8. Turn to medium heat and pour in the seasoning. After 2 minutes, the radishes will slightly soften. Turn off the heat, sprinkle in white sesame seeds, drizzle with sesame oil and mix well.

Tips:

You can use cooked sesame seeds directly, but they are not as fragrant as freshly fried.
