Japanese Tofu Dorayaki

Japanese tofu.

Peel off the packaging.

Eggs, flour.

Add water, sugar, a little light soy sauce, dark soy sauce to oyster sauce (you don't need to put dark soy sauce).

Cut tofu into sections.

The tofu is dipped in egg liquid.

Coat a layer of flour.
