Japanese Tofu Dorayaki

1. Japanese tofu.

2. Peel off the packaging.

3. Eggs, flour.

4. Add water, sugar, a little light soy sauce, dark soy sauce to oyster sauce (you don't need to put dark soy sauce).

5. Cut tofu into sections.

6. The tofu is dipped in egg liquid.

7. Coat a layer of flour.

8. Gently put it in the frying pan and fry.

9. Fry on both sides, pour in the adjusted juice, and taste.

10. The tofu with tender inside and fragrant outside is on the table.
